Justin Kelly
Justin Kelly brings more than 35 years of construction industry experience to True Finish Construction. Originally from California, Justin and his family relocated to Texas in 2019 and proudly call the Texas Hill Country home.
Since becoming a Licensed California Contractor in 2005, Justin has built and operated construction businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area, one of the nation’s most demanding construction and regulatory environments. His experience spans paving, grading, drainage solutions, hardscaping, outdoor living construction, project management, estimating, and business operations.
Working in a highly regulated market taught him the importance of planning, attention to detail, quality control, and delivering projects the right way from the ground up. While Justin has extensive experience leading teams and managing construction operations, he has always enjoyed being actively involved in the work itself.
He is known for his practical problem-solving skills and hands-on approach, particularly on projects involving drainage correction, site grading, paving, hardscapes, and outdoor living spaces. He believes the best projects start with a strong foundation and that thoughtful preparation is just as important as the finished product.
As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of True Finish Construction, Justin oversees business development, estimating, project planning, client relationships, and field operations. His goal is to help homeowners and businesses create functional, durable, and beautiful spaces that enhance the way they live, work, and gather.
When he’s not working, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the rivers, lakes, swimming holes, trails, and outdoor spaces that make the Texas Hill Country such a special place to live. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Lauren, and together they are raising two children in the Lake Travis community. Justin is also actively involved in youth sports and spent many years coaching flag football and softball, helping young athletes build confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Byron Erculiani
Byron Erculiani brings more than 15 years of experience in finish carpentry, millwork, and construction project management to True Finish Construction. Known for his craftsmanship, precision, and commitment to quality, Byron has built his career creating beautifully finished spaces while ensuring projects are executed with professionalism and attention to detail.
A Colorado native, Byron completed formal training in Cabinet Making and Millwork at Pickens Technical College in Aurora, Colorado. He spent years working as an interior trim and finish carpentry subcontractor, specializing in detailed trim work, custom millwork, cabinetry, and interior finishes. Over the past five years, he has transitioned into project management, overseeing finish carpentry and construction operations for large residential new-build developments. His experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, schedules, and quality control across multiple homes and project phases has given him a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to successfully deliver high-quality projects on time and to specification.
Throughout his career, Byron has developed a reputation for quality workmanship, strong communication, and an unwavering attention to detail. He believes that exceptional results come from a commitment to both the process and the finished product, and he takes pride in delivering work that stands the test of time.
As a founding partner of True Finish Construction, Byron has relocated to the Texas Hill Country to be closer to his sister and brother-in-law and to help build a family-owned company rooted in integrity, quality, and lasting relationships. He is passionate about creating refined indoor and outdoor spaces that exceed client expectations and reflect the pride, professionalism, and craftsmanship behind the True Finish name.
